Refunds & Guarantees

Zero Japa Risk Compliance Indemnity

At Sigma Consulting Group, we operate as the "Operating System" for Nigerian business. We don't just provide advice; we install infrastructure. Our guarantees reflect our commitment to continuity, compliance, and quality.

1. The "Zero Japa" Risk Guarantee

For clients on our Sigma OS (Outsourcing) plans, we solve the continuity crisis:

"The System Never Resigns"

If a Sigma-managed staff member resigns (via "Japa" or local movement), we replace them instantly at no extra cost. The position remains filled, and your operations continue without interruption.

2. Compliance Shield (Indemnity)

We act as a shield for our clients against the volatility of Nigerian regulations.

  • Payroll & Tax Indemnity: If you incur a fine from FIRS, LIRS, or Pension authorities due to a calculation error by Sigma, we pay the fine.
  • Legal Protection: We indemnify clients against wrongful termination lawsuits, provided the client followed Sigma’s documented disciplinary and exit procedures.

3. Recruitment Services (One-Off Hires)

For direct recruitment outside of our OS bundles:

3.1. Replacement Policy

If a candidate resigns or is terminated for performance within the 90-Day Guarantee Period, Sigma will provide a replacement candidate at no additional fee.

3.2. Money-Back Terms

  • Retained Search: If we fail to present at least 3 qualified candidates within 14 working days of engagement, your deposit is 100% refundable.
  • Failure to Replace: If a candidate leaves within 30 days and we cannot find a replacement within 4 weeks, a 75% refund of the fee applies.

4. Training & Workshops

For corporate training sessions and open workshops:

  • Cancellations > 7 Days: 100% refund or credit transfer.
  • Cancellations < 48 Hours: No refund, but substitution of attendee is permitted.

5. Requesting a Refund

To initiate a claim under these guarantees, contact our Finance Team. Refunds are processed within 10 business days via bank transfer.
