We operate on a subscription model for our HR Outsourcing (Sigma OS), starting from a flat monthly fee for small teams. For Recruitment, we charge a percentage of the candidate's annual gross salary, payable only upon successful placement.
Transparency is one of our core values. Our service level agreement (SLA) clearly outlines all costs. For payroll management, the only additional costs would be the statutory government remittances (tax, pension, etc.) which go directly to the respective agencies.

If you are subscribed to our Compliance Shield and have followed our documented disciplinary procedures, Sigma provides indemnity. We handle the legal representation and protect your company from liability, as we are the legal Employer of Record.
Yes. We calculate, deduct, and remit PAYE (State Tax), Pension (PFA), NHF, NSITF, and ITF on your behalf. We also provide monthly remittance receipts for your records and audit purposes.
For standard roles (Sales, Admin, Support), we typically provide a shortlist of vetted candidates within 72 hours. For specialized executive or technical roles, the timeline is usually 10-14 days to ensure deep vetting and cultural fit.
Absolutely. If a candidate we place resigns or is terminated for underperformance within the guarantee period (typically 3 months), we will replace them at no additional cost to you.
