About the Role
We are currently hiring an Operations Supervisor to oversee and drive day-to-day operations across our hospitality facilities in Lekki. This role is best suited for a male professional with substantial experience in operational leadership within the hospitality sector.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong organizational skills and a passion for service excellence. You will be responsible for managing operational teams, ensuring consistent service delivery, and maintaining compliance with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise operational teams to achieve daily service targets.
- Coordinate on-site activities to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to drive performance and accountability.
- Identify and address inefficiencies in workflow and implement operational improvements.
- Ensure adherence to all safety procedures, quality benchmarks, and company policies.
- Monitor KPIs and prepare detailed operational reports for management review.
- Quickly resolve operational issues to minimize service disruptions.
- Serve as the liaison between frontline staff and senior management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Gender: Male (as specified for this role)
- Experience: 4–5 years in a supervisory or operations role within the hospitality industry (e.g., hotels, service management, facilities operations)
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage frontline teams effectively
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational management tools
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a dynamic work environment
