Role Summary:
As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the branch, driving business growth, and ensuring excellent customer service. You will lead a team of employees to achieve performance targets and uphold the values and standards of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, including staff scheduling, customer service, and sales activities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Monitor branch performance against targets and KPIs, taking corrective action as needed.
  • Lead, motivate, and coach branch staff to achieve their goals and deliver exceptional service.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, stakeholders, and the community.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
  • Prepare and submit reports on branch performance, sales activities, and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement cross-selling initiatives and promotions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in branch management or a similar leadership role in the financial services industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of achieving targets and driving business growth.
  • Knowledge of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
