Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Branch Supervisor for our clinic located in Island, Lagos. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in healthcare management or a related field, with a strong focus on leadership and operational excellence.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Business Development:
• Assist in mobilizing clinic resources to meet daily targets for patient growth.
• Support in organizing campaigns and business development activities to attract new clients.
• Research and identify prospects, write proposals, and assist in converting them into customers.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure the delivery of excellent customer service.
• Support in achieving monthly sales revenue targets.

Administrative:
• Assist in training new and developing clinical practices.
• Participate in recruitment and orientation of clinical staff.
• Support in implementing staff workload standards and productivity reports.
• Assist in developing and monitoring clinic policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Assist in managing staff and patient complaints, addressing them appropriately.
• Support in establishing systems of accountability for staff.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies.
• Assist in supervising the client relations department.
• Maintain high ethical and professional standards.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Operations:
• Support in maintaining clinic patient records and financial database.
• Provide support regarding clinical issues related to managed care.
• Collaborate with staff, departments, and vendors to ensure quality services.
• Assist in resolving operational problems and promoting good client relations.
• Assist in managing clinic inventory and stock products, including monitoring and maintaining contact with delivery teams.
• Assist in managing utility bill payments and ensuring office equipment and tools are functioning.
• Support in supervising cash remittance and petty cash, as well as inventory and stock reorder.
• Supply items needed in the store and ensure doctors are supplied with necessary materials.
• Ensure maintenance of operational machines.
• Send weekly reports to management.
• Perform other assigned duties as needed.
