Job Description:

Our client a multi-specialist hospital is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join their team in Victoria Island. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and maximizing revenue opportunities.

Responsibilities:
•    Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
•    Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research and networking.
•    Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
•    Lead the negotiation and closure of business deals, contracts, and agreements.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product development to drive business growth.
•    Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
•    Prepare and deliver presentations to key stakeholders and decision-makers.
•    Monitor and analyze sales and marketing metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
•    Provide timely and accurate reports on business development activities and results.
•    Mentor and coach junior members of the business development team, fostering their professional growth and development.


Requirements:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
•    Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the technology or financial services industry.
•    Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
•    Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
•    Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
•    Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
•    Knowledge of the local market and industry trends.
•    Ability to travel as required.
