Our client, a multi-specialist hospital based in Abuja, is seeking a highly experienced Commercial Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
Financial Perspective:
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve targeted revenue growth, with a focus on increasing revenue by a specified percentage.
• Ensure the maintenance of a healthy gross margin for commercial operations, monitoring and managing performance to meet the designated percentage.
Customer Perspective:
• Drive customer satisfaction among commercial partners and clients to achieve the desired satisfaction score through proactive engagement, feedback mechanisms, and service improvements.
• Expand the hospital’s commercial partnerships by a specified percentage, identifying and cultivating new relationships to drive business growth.
Internal Processes Perspective:
• Streamline contract approval and renewal processes to decrease turnaround time by a designated percentage, enhancing operational efficiency and responsiveness.
• Lead the identification and implementation of process improvements within commercial operations to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
Learning and Growth Perspective:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive training plan for the commercial team, ensuring the participation of a specified percentage in relevant training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Encourage and support a culture of innovation within the commercial team, fostering the generation and implementation of new ideas and initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
Strategic Initiatives:
• Drive the successful launch of strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing services and market positioning, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and mitigate commercial risks effectively through regular reviews, audits, and proactive risk management strategies.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in commercial management roles, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in the healthcare sector.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth, managing commercial partnerships, and implementing process improvements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
