Role Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support to address their inquiries and concerns. You will play a key role in building positive relationships with customers and ensuring their satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and account details.
  • Assist customers with account opening, loan applications, and transactions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved.
  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on company policies, products, and promotions.
  • Adhere to customer service standards and performance targets.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of banking and financial services is an advantage.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
