Role Summary:
As a Health Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the administrative operations of a healthcare facility in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. You will manage staff, finances, and facility operations to ensure efficient and effective delivery of healthcare services.   • Oversee day-to-day operations of the healthcare facility, including staffing, scheduling, and budget management.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers and support staff to optimize workflow and patient care delivery.
  • Manage administrative staff and provide leadership and direction as needed.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance and prepare reports for senior management.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in healthcare administration or management role.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
