Role Summary:
The Hospital Procurement and Administrators are responsible for overseeing the procurement of medical supplies, equipment, and services, as well as managing administrative functions to ensure the smooth operation of the hospital.


  • Coordinate the procurement process for medical supplies, equipment, and services, including vendor selection, negotiations, and contract management.
  • Maintain inventory levels and track usage of medical supplies and equipment to ensure adequate stock levels and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with department heads and medical staff to identify procurement needs and priorities, and develop procurement plans accordingly.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors, ensuring timely delivery of quality products and services in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Oversee administrative functions, such as scheduling, billing, medical records management, and facility maintenance, to support efficient hospital operations.
  • Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to procurement and administrative functions.


  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in procurement, supply chain management, or hospital administration preferred.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes and regulations in the healthcare industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
