Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in human resources roles.
- Thorough understanding of local labor laws and regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and company standards.
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR-related inquiries and concerns.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with management to identify training and development needs and facilitate relevant programs.
- Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, ensuring data confidentiality and integrity.
