HR Officer(Only Female)

Key Responsibilities:
Execute HR functions, from recruitment to employee relations.
Foster a positive work environment through effective communication.
Implement HR policies and procedures to enhance workplace efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in human resources roles.
  • Thorough understanding of local labor laws and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  2. Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  3. Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
  4. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal requirements and company standards.
  5. Provide guidance and support to employees regarding HR-related inquiries and concerns.
  6. Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and engagement initiatives.
  7. Collaborate with management to identify training and development needs and facilitate relevant programs.
  8. Maintain accurate HR records and documentation, ensuring data confidentiality and integrity.
