Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Indoor Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of tiles and bathroom fittings, holding a BSc or HND degree. As an Indoor Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our products to customers.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide information and advice about our range of tiles and bathroom fittings.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products based on their preferences.
Actively engage in product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.
Handle customer inquiries, provide quotes, and process sales orders.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Keep the showroom well-organized and presentable at all times.
Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge.
Achieve and exceed sales targets.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (BSc) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in a relevant field.
Previous experience in indoor sales, especially in tiles and bathroom fittings, is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
Ability to work effectively in a team.

Basic computer skills.
