Role Summary:
As a Marketing Manager at our client’s retail chain, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales growth. You will play a key role in shaping the company’s marketing efforts and enhancing its market presence and competitiveness.


  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales growth across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media.
  • Plan and coordinate marketing activities, including advertising, promotions, events, and product launches, to support sales objectives and business goals.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends, and use insights to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Create and manage marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, banners, and digital content, to support marketing initiatives and enhance brand visibility and recognition.
  • Manage relationships with external partners and agencies, including advertising agencies, PR firms, and media partners, to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives effectively.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, including website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign effectiveness, and use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and operations, to align marketing efforts with business objectives and ensure consistency and coherence in messaging and branding.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies, and leverage insights to identify new opportunities and drive innovation in marketing strategies and tactics.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns, preferably in the retail or consumer goods industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, practices, and techniques, including digital marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas, concepts, and strategies to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Creative thinking and innovative mindset, with the ability to develop creative and compelling marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
