Role Summary:
As a Marketing Specialist at our client’s agency, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote clients’ products and services. You will work closely with clients to understand their goals and objectives, and collaborate with internal teams to execute integrated marketing initiatives that drive results.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies and plans for clients, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and advertising campaigns, to achieve business objectives and targets.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and competitive landscape, and use insights to inform marketing strategies, messaging, and positioning.
  • Create engaging and compelling marketing content, including blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, infographics, videos, and ad copy, and optimize content for SEO and audience engagement.
  • Manage social media channels and online communities, including content creation, posting, monitoring, and engagement, and analyze performance metrics to track progress and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives, including graphic design, website development, media buying, and event planning, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance and KPIs, including website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI, and prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate results and insights to clients and stakeholders.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing and advertising, and provide recommendations for new strategies, tools, and tactics to enhance campaign effectiveness and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; professional certification (e.g., CIM, AMA) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital marketing, social media, or content marketing, preferably in an agency or corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, practices, and techniques, including market research, branding, messaging, and campaign planning and execution.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot), and CMS (e.g., WordPress).
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling marketing content for different channels and audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, analyze performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Creative thinking and innovative mindset, with a passion for exploring new ideas, experimenting with new technologies, and pushing the boundaries of traditional marketing.
