Role Summary:
As a Marketing Specialist at our client’s pharmaceutical company, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote pharmaceutical products and enhance brand awareness. You will play a key role in driving product adoption, increasing market share, and achieving business objectives through effective marketing initiatives.


  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to promote pharmaceutical products and achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, and develop insights-driven marketing plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory Affairs, to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns and programs.
  • Develop marketing collateral, including sales aids, brochures, presentations, and digital content, to support product promotion and sales efforts.
  • Manage digital marketing initiatives, including website content, social media, email marketing, and online advertising, to increase brand visibility and engagement.
  • Plan and execute promotional events, including conferences, symposiums, and webinars, to educate healthcare professionals and drive product adoption.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and KPIs, and optimize marketing activities based on insights and feedback.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in pharmaceutical marketing, and incorporate new strategies and tactics into marketing plans.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, with experience in digital marketing, content creation, and event management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and levels.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive decision-making and optimize marketing performance.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
