  • Responsibilities:
    • Establish and implement effective workplace protocol.
    • Ensure policies and practices align with industry standards and regulations.
    • Interview, train, and monitor administrative personnel.
    • Monitor facility performance and patient turnaround time.
    • Supervise operations like billing, collections, security, and health and safety.
    • Manage inventory for medications and medical equipment.
    • Address patient complaints and coordinate staff meetings.
    • Collaborate with physicians and business team for growth strategies.
    • Stay updated with industry activities to develop better sales strategies.
    • Submit performance reports and consult with managers on business trends.
    • Represent the company at industry events.
  • Requirements:
    • B.Sc. in Healthcare Management or related field, with strong knowledge in the Healthcare/Radio-diagnostic sector.
    • Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field is an advantage.
    • 5-10 years’ experience in healthcare management.
    • Proven track record in the sector.
    • Ability to communicate and influence effectively at all organizational levels.
    • Strong administrative skills and industry expertise.
    • Excellent mentoring and people management skills.
