Role Summary:
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing oil and gas projects within scope, schedule, and budget constraints. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage project resources, and ensure project success through effective communication, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.


  • Develop and execute project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation, in collaboration with key stakeholders.
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, including engineers, technicians, contractors, and vendors, to achieve project objectives and deliverables.
  • Monitor and track project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely and successful project completion.
  • Manage project budgets, expenditures, and financial forecasts, and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, regulatory agencies, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure alignment and satisfaction with project deliverables.
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports, updates, and presentations to senior management and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct project post-mortems and lessons learned sessions to identify areas for improvement and best practices to be applied to future projects.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, developments, and emerging technologies in oil and gas project management, and assess their potential impact on project execution and delivery.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the oil and gas industry, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder management.
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify project risks and issues and develop practical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations and best practices in the oil and gas industry.
