Role Summary:
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating oil and gas projects from inception to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.


  • Plan, organize, and execute oil and gas projects in accordance with project objectives, schedules, and budgets.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and project team members.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against key milestones and targets.
  • Coordinate project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure optimal allocation and utilization.
  • Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders and senior management through regular status updates and reports.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary to keep projects on track.
  • Manage project budgets and expenditures, and ensure compliance with financial controls and procurement processes.
  • Monitor project performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, and implement performance improvement initiatives as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, health, environmental, and quality standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the project team and across the organization.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or professional certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the oil and gas industry or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools, such as PMBOK, Agile, and MS Project.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues and conflicts.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working in a matrix organization with diverse stakeholders and team members.
  • Knowledge of safety, health, environmental, and quality standards and regulations applicable to the oil and gas industry.
