Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be a male nurse with a maximum of 2 years of experience. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and promoting a positive patient experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, medications, and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education opportunities.
- Demonstrate professionalism and empathy in all interactions with patients, families, and colleagues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Registered Nurse license from the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN).
- Maximum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based nursing practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize patient care tasks.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
