Our client is a prominent real estate development company based in Lagos, Nigeria, specializing in luxury residential and commercial properties. With a focus on innovative design and sustainable building practices, the company has been enhancing cityscapes across Nigeria since 2007.

Role Summary:
As a Sales and Marketing Professional at our client’s company, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to promote and sell the company’s real estate properties. You will play a key role in generating leads, building client relationships, and driving sales growth through targeted marketing campaigns and effective sales techniques.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote and sell the company’s real estate properties, including residential and commercial properties, land parcels, and investment opportunities.
  • Identify and target potential clients and market segments through market research, data analysis, and lead generation activities, and develop tailored sales pitches and marketing materials to engage and attract clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, brokers, and other stakeholders in the real estate industry, and provide personalized assistance and support to clients throughout the sales process.
  • Conduct property tours, open houses, and presentations to showcase real estate properties to potential buyers and investors, and negotiate sales agreements, contracts, and lease agreements to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including architects, designers, and construction managers, to gather information and insights about real estate properties and developments, and incorporate key selling points and features into marketing materials and sales presentations.
  • Manage sales pipelines, track leads and prospects, and follow up with clients to provide updates on available properties, pricing, and

other relevant information, and address any questions or concerns they may have.

  • Develop and maintain marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and traditional advertising, to raise awareness of the company’s properties and attract potential buyers and investors.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments, and provide insights and recommendations to management on sales and marketing strategies, pricing strategies, and product positioning to stay competitive in the market.
  • Analyze sales data, metrics, and performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing efforts, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize sales performance and achieve revenue targets.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking events to promote brand awareness, build relationships with potential clients, and generate business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field; Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CRM) is a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the real estate industry, with a proven track record of successfully driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, sales techniques, and marketing strategies, with knowledge of property management, land acquisition, and development processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry professionals.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including CRM software, email marketing software, social media management tools, and analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data, identify trends and patterns, and develop actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Results-driven mindset, with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering measurable results, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
