Our client, a well-established kids’ retail store in Victoria Island, Lagos, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and deliver exceptional customer service. We offer a wide range of high-quality products for children, from clothing and toys to accessories and more. As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales, building customer relationships, and ensuring the smooth operation of our store.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize store revenue and profitability.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and take proactive measures to address them.
- Train, mentor, and provide ongoing coaching to sales staff to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging teamwork, communication, and high performance.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to make informed business decisions.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment, pricing, and merchandise displays.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure smooth store operations.
Requirements

Qualification
B.Sc/HND in marketing, management or related fields
