As an Indoor sales representative, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our products to customers.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide information and advice about our range of tiles and bathroom fittings.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products based on their preferences.
- Actively engage in product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide quotes, and process sales orders.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Keep the showroom well-organized and presentable at all times.
- Stay informed about industry trends and product knowledge.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (BSc) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in a relevant field.
- Previous experience in indoor sales, especially in tiles and bathroom fittings, is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
