Job Summary
We are seeking a high-performing Senior Enterprise Sales Executive (Connectivity Consultant) to drive our sales initiatives, acquire new clients, and grow revenue. This individual will play a key role in expanding our presence in the enterprise connectivity market by identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored network solutions.
You will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, while collaborating with internal technical teams to meet the complex needs of enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Drive business growth by identifying and securing new enterprise clients.
- Design and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Client Engagement:
- Conduct in-depth consultations to assess client connectivity requirements.
- Present tailored solutions to decision-makers, highlighting ROI and value.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
Sales Operations & Forecasting:
- Manage the entire sales process including proposals, quotations, negotiations, and closure.
- Track sales metrics, prepare performance reports, and provide forecasts to management.
- Respond to client inquiries, complaints, and post-sale support requests.
Technical & Market Insight:
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity.
- Provide technical advisory on suitable connectivity and networking products.
- Work with technical teams to ensure proper solution implementation.
Internal Collaboration:
- Collaborate with marketing, technical, and support teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client communications.
Requirements & Qualifications
- B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in IT or enterprise solution sales.
- Solid understanding of internet connectivity, networking, and telecom technologies.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Professional certifications in sales, marketing, or networking (added advantage).
